Maintenance-free Rea Jet CO2 and fiber laser marking devices provide clean and permanent marking without consumables such as inks. The CO2 marking device is suitable for marking organic materials as well as glass, rubber and plastic. The CO2 laser marking device can also be used for color removal on metal surfaces or on coated substrates such as anodized aluminium.

The modern interface is designed to be easy to use and visually appealing. Marking programs created by Label Creator can be stored in the device memory or can be printed directly from the operation panel. Marking programs can be previewed both in the user interface and with the alignment laser on the surface of the material. The laser marking head position can be adjusted, which provides additional possibilities for difficult-to-mark pieces.

The CO2 Laser is suitable for marking of packaging, glass, wood, plastics, PVC and anodized aluminium. In case of more challenging materials, we can offer test marking witht the Rea Jet CL laser marking device.

Fiber laser marking is suitable for permanent marking of metal and plastic surfaces. The Rea Jet FL laser can also mark oily, corroded or above 1000 °C hot surfaces.

Yes. Different standard codes are available, logos can be saved as an image to the device’s memory.

Laser marking is especially accurate marking method, the difference between the marking and the original pattern is negligible.

Basically no. If the material has several paint layer, and the lower layer has different color, the top layer can be removed by the laser. This method has to be tested on the material separately.

With laser device, the printing distance depends on the lens and the efficiency of the device. Laser system is always built according to the customer’s needs: The printing distance is 100-300 mm depending on chosen device.
