Spray mark technology can be used to mark individual dots, aid lines or continuous lines. The print head has one nozzle hole which opens and closes according to the printing command. Color, dot and line marking can be widely used in various industries for quality control or control processes. Different ink types and colors are available for different materials and surfaces.
Spray mark system
Spray mark system consist a simpler ink tank, a print head and accessories such as hoses and fitting. In simpler applications, control unit may not be necessary. Printing signal can be submitted directly to the print head with a push button or a sensor. The spray mark system is able to make dot and line marking at a thickness of 3 to 60mm with one nozzle head.
EDS spray mark heads
The EDS spray mark head are particularly well suited to very fine dot and line marks smaller than 0.5mm. The EDS operates essentially on the same principle as the spray mark device: the dot size is configured by selecting the nozzle size and by varying the material pressure, and the stepless setting on the controller. EDS device is able to use different ink types and colors.
