The modular designed Large Character DOD coding and marking system for texts, dates and logos are available in printing heights up to 140 mm for each print head. For larger printings several heads can be combined.

The resolution meets the requirements of virtually all industrial applications for marking. These large character systems, with 7-, 16- or 32 nozzles print heads are easy to use, robust and due to the modular design of the system components, highly flexible.

Rea Jet DoD 2.0

Easy to handle and highly flexible

Rea Jet DoD 2.0 is an Inkjet Printer with Protection class IP65 and DOD Large Character printing technology for industrial printing of large fonts. The printheads can be combined into one printing system, which allows you to print texts up to several tens of centimeters high. In addition to text and number, the device can also print barcodes, 2D codes and logos in various standards.

The inkjet printing device is controlled by a controller unit or an easy-to-use and visually appealing computer application.

Printing programs can be stored in the device memory, the desired content is created by Label Creator software. Up to 512 nozzles can be controlled with one controller unit, which means that even 16 printheads with each 32 nozzles can be connected with one controller unit.
